DESCRIPTION
Transparent fabric stabiliser is a great embroidery backing. Use with delicate/stretchable fabrics and high pile fabrics. Washes away completely in water, without leaving a sticky residue or stiffened fabric. 1 sheet: 73 x 100cm/29 x 40in. Made from 85% PVA and 15% Glycerin, and therefore not polluting to water supply.
