Professionally finish your garments and experiment with stretchy fabrics. This NEW 3/4 thread Overlocker, Model ML454D from JANOME has an improved fabric feed. An 8-piece feed dog enables fabrics to glide under the foot. Refinements like the gentle curve at the tip of the presser foot helps for a smooth start. The bi-level performance for stitching multiple layers is impressive and the presser foot also has added texture on the underside to assist in fabric feeding and fabric slippage.
An easy threading lower looper mechanism with colour coded threading chart is located inside the front sliding cover, this makes getting started and changing thread colours easy!
It’s fast and finishes like a dream. Easy changeover to rolled hemming, the upper knife release operation is a gentle push. Smooth sewing of thin fabrics resulting in less puckering to help create beautiful, consistent overlocking and fine rolled hems. Excellent needle visibility keeps overlocking on target.
Optional accessories are available for a variety of overlocking techniques.
